After you have made a recurring donation, you will receive an email instructing you to set up a password for your 'donorbox.org' donor account.
If you don't see the email can reset your password, please click the following link. By resetting the password, you will claim the account. Once you reset the password, you can log in through the following link.
With this account, you can log in to the donor dashboard to edit their recurring donations. You can change their plan amounts, cancel/pause, or resume recurring donations anytime. Below, you can see how the donor's account looks:

For recurring PayPal donations, it is not possible to change or cancel PayPal recurring donations via Donorbox due to PayPal's policy. If you're trying to update your plan, please log into your PayPal account and edit your donation there. Further details can be found here.
